Cooking/Blogging Style: I love trying new ingredients and techniques, but like most people, I don’t have the time to spend hours in the kitchen. I like easy, fun, uncomplicated recipes with simple, fresh, local ingredients.  I’m inspired by the food and culture of Wisconsin, which is much more diverse and exciting than I ever expected!
